Mary Lou "Lulu" Mayberry, 86, died May 14, 2014 in OKC. She was born June 20, 1927 in Parsons, Kansas to Oran and Minnie (Schibi) Shrum. On February 20, 1949, she married Merle Mayberry in Parsons, KS. She was employed as a bookkeeper and receptionist for the Torbeck Dental Clinic. Mary Lou was a member of the Springdale Baptist Church. She and Merle enjoyed participating together in square dancing and Kiwanis. She was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert. Survivors include her husband; son, Mark and wife Kellie of OKC; daughter, Marsha Midkiff and husband Terry of OKC; sister-in-law, Lois Shrum of Parsons, KS; 4 granddaughters, and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 6-7pm at Mercer-Adams. Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, May 16 at Springdale Baptist Church, 3900 N.W. 50th St., OKC with burial following in Rose Hill Burial Park.
