Mary L. Goodgion, 71, was called to her heavenly home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 3, 2015 at Integris Baptist Medical Center. Mary was born June 11, 1943 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Florence Friend; sister, Martha Hall; and niece, Cynthia K. Mary is survived by her children, Clyde and Kay Kelly; grandchildren, Christopher, Zinna, Ace and Gage; twin sister, Ester Lance and sister, Janet Brewer and husband Gerald Brewer. After graduation from John Marshall High School in 1961, she went to work for Western Electric but later found her calling in home health. Offering her support and encouragement to everyone she met, she never forgot birthdays or anniversaries by sending and giving cards. Mary enjoyed the activities and groups in which she participated. She was a dedicated member of Putnam City Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be truly missed by all that knew and loved her. Viewing will be Sunday, June 7 from 11:00am-9:00pm and Monday, June 8 from 8:00am-9:00pm. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 9 at 2:00pm in Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
