Margaret Faye Stewart, 79, died March 5, 2020 in OKC. She was born August 1, 1940 in Raiford, OK to Albert and Della Belle (Turpin) Denny. She was a longtime member of Bethany First Baptist Church. Margaret was a cake decorator and blessed many people with her beautiful decorated cakes for all occasions. She enjoyed crocheting, painting, tending to her roses, cooking her family tacos and cinnamon rolls, and sharing Sunday lunch. She enjoyed annual trips for many years with family and friends to the mountains. She worked for years in the school cafeteria at Western Oaks, Bethany and Cooper Middle schools. Most of all, she loved her family and was at every event for her kids and grandkids. She was "Aunt Margaret" or "Grandma Margaret" to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jacob Denny and Bob Denny, and sisters, Nina Montgomery, Lorene Hawkins, Wanda Moland and Florence Gray. Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Raymond Stewart; sons, Tony Stewart and wife Kayla, Randy Stewart and wife Dixie, and Kenny Stewart and wife Andrea; 6 grandchildren, Ethan, Amy and husband Terry, Lauren and husband Dillon, Jonathan and wife Jana, Jacob and wife Laura, and Anna; and 4 great-grandchildren, Aurelia, Maverick, Laurelai, and Acacia. Viewing will be Sunday, 1pm-9pm, with family present from 5-7pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Monday, March 9, 10:00am at Bethany First Baptist Church with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
