Margaret Sue Barnard, 87, passed away May 11, 2025 in Bethany, Oklahoma. She was born April 28, 1938, to Finis Ottis Barnard and Lenora Grace Barnard in Russellville, Arkansas. She grew up in Bethany, Oklahoma and graduated from Bethany High School in 1957.

Margaret was a homemaker and enjoyed many things including her beautiful talent for china painting and her extensive collections of china and various collectables. She had a heart full of love and compassion and was a long-time caretaker to her loved ones.

Margaret was preceded in death by her father, Ottis Barnard; mother, Lenora Grace Barnard; and sister, Barbara Ann Jones.

She is survived by her sister, Carolyn J. Thornton as well as nieces and a nephew. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Viewing at Mercer-Adams will be Wednesday, May 14 from 10am-8pm. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2:00pm, in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
