Mabel J. Finnigan, 96, died October 1, 2016 in OKC. She was born November 9, 1919 in Waurika, OK to Floyd and Mary (Underwood) Sullivan. Mabel graduated from Lawton High School in 1937 and later attended Cameron University. She married Doyle Finnigan on June 14, 1940 and they shared 65 years together before his death in 2005. Mabel retired as bookkeeper for Ford Motor Company. A member of Putnam City Christian Church, she volunteered at Deaconess Hospital for 14 years. Survivors include her sons, Rick Finnigan and wife Janet of OKC, Mike Finnigan and wife Linda of OKC; grandchildren, Cenna Wilkerson, Mary Griffith and husband Jeff, Adrian Thompson and husband Jay; and great-grandchildren, Holden, Ava, Finn and Miles. Viewing will be Saturday, 8am-9pm and Sunday, 11am-9pm with family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Monday, October 10, 2:00pm at Putnam City Christian Church with interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
