Lulla Belle Schrader, 85, went to be with the Lord, April 26, 2015 in Bethany, OK. She was born April 26, 1930 in Macomb, OK to Charlie and Opal (Bowerman) Johnston. She married Bill Schrader on Sept. 30, 1948 in OKC. She retired as an operator at Southwestern Bell and later worked for Dub Richardson Ford, retiring after 17 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bill, 3 brothers, Charlie, J.D. and Jack Johnston. Survivors include her son, David Schrader and wife Betty of Yukon, OK; brothers, Bill Johnston, Sonny Johnston and wife Carolyn, all of Bethany; sister, Shirley Spencer and husband D.L. of Bethany; 2 granddaughters, Nikki Gill and husband David of Kingston, OK, Shellie Rahmanzadeh and husband Rahd of Edmond, OK; great-grandchildren, Gage, Grant, Ahdizen, Ahyvah, and Ahzten; and several nieces and nephews. An independent soul, she enjoyed reading, the outdoors, and being with family. Viewing will be Tuesday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 5-7pm at Mercer-Adams.
