Obituary

Lucille Harrison of Kingston, Oklahoma, born the 11th of 12 children on October, 9, 1918 in Maud, Oklahoma to Silas and Emma Johnson, passed peacefully on February 28, 2009. Lucille was a sweet, loving, kind, generous, encouraging Christian wife and mother. Her family was her priority. She loved to cook, sew, work in her garden & play dominoes. She remained in her home on Lake Texoma after her husband passed in 1972 until moving to Oklahoma City in 2006. She was a friend to anyone she met. She was dearly loved by her family and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard E. Harrison; her parents; 6 brothers; 4 sisters; 1 daughter; 1 daughter-in-law; 2 son-in-laws; and 2 grandsons. She is survived by 1 sister, Ruby Bohannon; children Mary Jackson & husband Harold, Ringling, Oklahoma, Lois Erwin, Kingston, Oklahoma, Gene Harrison, Linda Nichols and Sharron Roach, all of Oklahoma City; 16 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 64 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday, March 4, 1:00 p.m. at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.
