Loyce Ann Peard, 86, passed away on April 13, 2025, in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She was born on October 30, 1938, to Robert "Bob" and Iva Beck Phillips in Stigler, Oklahoma. Loyce attended and graduated from Bethany High School in 1956. She went on to work at John A. Browns Department Store where she met the love of her life, John "Jack" Peard in 1956. The two were married on July 5, 1957, in Edmond, Oklahoma. She had one child, a daughter, Tamara "Tami" who was born in 1958. Loyce worked in the Federal Civil Service most of her adult life and retired from Tinker Air Force Base in 1993.

Family and church were important to Loyce Ann "Nanny". She loved to sing, play the piano, and play games. She will always be remembered for playing card games with her grandchildren, making a cozy place on the Divan when they were home sick from school, making sure they had an ice cream snack anytime they came over, and a hug before they left to go home. She had a kind heart and will be greatly missed. We Love you little, Love you big….

Loyce was preceded in death by her parents, two siblings- a brother and sister, and her husband of 59 years, Jack.

She is survived by her daughter, Tami DeLozier and husband Joe; grandson, Joshua DeLozier and partner Magan Graham; granddaughter, Angela Baustert and husband Paul; four great-grandchildren; Rylie, Jenna, Emily, and Noah.
