Lora Lee Johnston, 72, passed away September 25, 2008 in Oklahoma City surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 25, 1936 in Madill, Oklahoma to Woodrow and Zula Lowery. Lora met and married the love of her life, Jack T. Johnston, in 1956. They had 53 wonderful years together. Lora was a loving wife, mother, and nanny. She is survived by her husband, Jack; son, Donald Johnston; daughter and son-in-law, Kurt and Jackie Peterson; and granddaughter, Shannon Capps. She was preceded in death by son, Melvin Glazier. You will always be loved and greatly missed. Services will be held Monday, September 29, 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Piedmont, Oklahoma with interment in Bethany Cemetery. Public visitation will be Sunday, noon - 9:00 p.m. at Mercer-Adams.
