Lonnie Glen Quillin was born on September 11, 1946 in Tulare, California. He passed away from this life on earth to go home to his Heavenly Father on September 10, 2010, with his family by his side. He resided in Chickasha, Oklahoma for most of his life, until they moved to Yukon, Oklahoma in 2005. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Deanna; son Shawn Quillin; daughter Amy Barrett and husband Kevin; grandsons Jared and Derek Quillin; granddaughter Lillie Barrett; brothers Kenneth Quillin, Rick Quillin and wife Shirley; and a host of other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Trula Quillin; sisters Joyce Garrison, Goldie Welty and Shirley Carr; brothers Jim, Yale and Grady Quillin. Glen served 3 years in the US Army. He worked at Mercer Valve for over 20 years where he was a valve repair manager. He considered Mercer Valve his second family. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 2:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel, Bethany. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Coalition for Pulmonary Fibrosis, 10866 W.
