Lloyd Deane Wyett, 95, went to be with his Lord and Savior October 10, 2018. He was born November 21, 1922 in Custer City, Oklahoma to Herley and Grace Wyett. He earned a bachelors degree at Bethany Peniel College (Now Southern Nazarene University) and went on to earn 2 masters degrees from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He pastored various Nazarene churches for 34 years in Kansas, Texas, and Oklahoma. Lloyd was preceded in death by his loving wife of almost 70 years, Doreen, and son-in-law, Robin Regester. Survivors include daughter, Sharon Regester of Bethany; son, David and wife Marilyn of CA; son, Alan and wife Barbara of Yukon; daughter, Janice Key and husband Charles of OKC; 4 grandsons, 6 granddaughters, and 17 great-grandchildren. Lloyd was an avid prayer warrior and a wonderful role model of the Christian faith. His family was always encouraged knowing he prayed for each family member twice each day. There will be many souls in heaven as a result of his dedicated ministry and prayers. Visitation with family present will be Friday, 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be 2:00pm, Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Lake Overholser Church of the Nazarene.
