Lloyd Ronald Fister was born April 1, 1931 in Grant, Nebraska to Lloyd A. and Oma P. (Whitely) Fister. He went to his heavenly home to be with Jesus on March 31, 2016. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Donald and Gerald, and sister, Inez Meyers. He is survived by his wife, Marie; three sons, Michael and wife Nancy, Richard and wife Lori, and Mark; and 3 grandchildren, Jacob and wife Rebekah, Kaitlyn and Quinton; sister, Ina Bright; and brother, Robert Fister. He served in the United States Air Force for four years and was in Puerto Rico three of those. He retired from Honeywell HN in 1999 after 30 years and contracted out to Wang for several years thereafter. He was also an RV Volunteer with the Assemblies of God, from California to Pennsylvania, working on construction and renovations of colleges and churches. He was a man of many talents. He enjoyed staying busy and always had a project he was working on. He will be greatly missed. Viewing will be Sunday, 11am-9pm, and Monday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 4-7pm on Monday at Mercer-Adams. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 5, 2:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel, Bethany, OK.
