Linda Lou (Cotner) Richmond was born on September 26, 1951 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Artist William Cotner, Jr. and Glenna Mae (Eaton) Cotner. She passed from this life on July 6, 2018 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 66. Linda was a resident of Oklahoma City for all of her life. She had a passion for taking care of others and for the last several years she took care of Mr. & Mrs. Hau, a loving couple in Okarche, Oklahoma. Linda loved being able to get out and be on the go. She enjoyed watching her granddaughter play softball, taking a trip on a cruise, and catching a good movie. She had many interests and hobbies that filled her time. She liked to go on shopping sprees, travel to see new things, have a lunch date with family and friends, and watch a show on Netflix with her granddaughter. Linda was an amazing lady and a joy to be around. She always strived to put the needs of her family and those around her first. She was taken too soon and will be greatly missed by her family and friends that she leaves behind. Linda is survived by her daughter, Amy Miller and her husband Brandon of Lindsay; her brothers, Chuck Cotner and his wife Debbie of Sallisaw and John Cotner and his wife Beverly of Oklahoma City; a sister, Beth Cunningham and her husband Dale of Chickasha; and three granddaughters, Courtney Anderson of Oklahoma City, Miranda and Alanna Miller of Lindsay. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Artist and Glenna Cotner, and two brothers, Cecil Cotner and Richard Cotner. A Memorial Service for Linda is set to begin at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Mercer-Adams Funeral Home Chapel, located at 3925 North Asbury Avenue in Bethany, Oklahoma.
