Linda J. Cardwell, 82, passed away on March 18, 2026, in Warr Acres, Oklahoma. She was born February 19, 1944, to Timothy L. Maddox and Ruth E. Maddox in Blackwell, Oklahoma. Linda retired from Deaconess Hospital with over 30 years of service as the payroll supervisor.

Linda enjoyed camping with her neighbor, Hazel Gentry, and the Loners on Wheels group. She also enjoyed spending time with family, friends and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Helen Donella Lamm. She is survived by her two sons, Tim Reid and wife Julie, and David Reid and wife Natalie; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Lawrence Maddox; and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed.

The family will have a private graveside service at a later date.
