Lillian Opal Hicks Holik was born in Clinton, Oklahoma to Ethan (Pop) Hicks and Jessie (Tucker) Hicks Harbolt on December 17, 1933 and passed away September 16, 2014 at the age of 80. She moved to Oklahoma City at an early age and graduated from Classen High School. She married Roger Holik in 1957 and worked for Liberty National Life Insurance Company until 1971 when she became a mom to son, Stephen. Lillian loved roller skating, square and swing dancing and did so for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roger in 1977; sisters, Vera Hicks Moore, Juanita Hicks (in infancy); and brother, Jimmie Clinton Hicks. She is survived by her beloved son, Stephen; nephew, Dale (Johnna) Moore, Mustang; and niece, Frances Browe (Tom) Schwartz, Eloy, AZ. Also, nephew, Ethan Hicks and nieces, Ruth Verbunt and Allison Hegerfeld. Several great and great-great niecesand nephews also survive. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 20 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Oklahoma City.
