On Sunday, January 31st, 2021 at 11:18 P.M., Mr. Liem Vo passed away at the age of 86 years old in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born in X ng Ho Hip, Huyn Ci B, Tnh Tin Giang, Vietnam on February 15, 1934. He is a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Tranh Tran; five children, Khiet Vo, Hoa Vo, Lieng Vo, My Vo, Kenny Vo; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Liem Vo lived in Saigon, Vietnam until he immigrated to the United States in 1990 with his wife and children. In Vietnam, he was a policeman before 1975. After he immigrated to America, he worked for The Oklahoman in Oklahoma City until he retired in 2000. He became a US citizen in 2012. Mr. Liem Vo was a kind and decent man. He loved deeply and cared unconditionally for everyone. He enjoyed going to thrift shop stores, garage sales, and flea markets on the weekends to find and collect antiques. He was an avid food lover, fisherman, and he especially loved coffee and donuts. He loved his children and grandchildren deeply and was always there to love and protect. His kindness, generosity, and loving heart touched many lives. His love and legacy will live on and he will be missed greatly. .
