Lawrence Cleveland Noel, 80, died April 4, 2019. He was born October 4, 1938 in Tahlequah, OK to Edmund and Victoria (Mathews) Noel. He married Peggy Pfieffer on December 18, 1964. He had a distinguished Air Force career and worked as a Government Liaison and Contract Officer. He loved being with his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Peggy; children, Monique Dodd and husband David, and Clark Thomas and wife Kristina; 6 grandchildren, Courtney, Payton, Colin, Harley, Sabra and Sahara; and siblings, Wanema Noel, Joann Brewer and Tressia Ables. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Leo,Wayne and Mary. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 8 at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Gracelawn Cemetery.
