Landy Hess passed away Monday, August 8, 2016, in Oklahoma City. Landy was born December 27, 1994 in Lawton, OK to Candace and Rogatus Hess. She graduated from Putnam City North High School in 2013. She enjoyed playing soccer and softball for the high school. She moved on to college where she attended Oklahoma City Community College. She was ready to begin her journey through school to become a Pharmacist. Landy enjoyed life, her friends and family. She loved her Sunday Funday with friends, being at family functions, acting goofy such as the random funny faces or weird noises she made. She loved to put a smile on the face of another. One of the best ways to describe her was in her ability to help others. She listened, cared and never judged. At her young age, she had great words of wisdom. Landy will always be cherished in our hearts. She will be watching over all of us now and will forever be remembered. We love you, Landy Gail Hess. Fly high baby girl. Survivors include her mother, Candace Addington and stepfather, Ron Addington, Oklahoma City; her father, Rogatus Hess and stepmother, Amy Hess, Kansas; sisters, Bridgette and Holly Hess, Oklahoma City; and 6 stepbrothers and 5 stepsisters. Other survivors include grandfather, Jim Erhard, Lawton; grandparents, Carmen and Carlos Garcia, Lawton; as well as numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Landy Gail Erhard, grandmother, Pat Erhard and grandfather, Gustav Hess.Services will be Friday, August 12, 2:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel, Bethany, with burial following at Spring Creek Memorial Cemetery.
