Lana Sue Miller, 68, passed away May 1, 2017 in Oklahoma City. She was born August 23, 1948 in Pampa, TX to Jimmie Allen and Claricy Christiane (McCann) Brown. She was a 1967 high school graduate in Whitedeer, TX. She worked in food services for Oklahoma Vending Facilities Program. An active member of Northwest Baptist Church, she helped in the clothing closet and was a beloved member of her Sunday school class. Lana was an avid reader who enjoyed playing video games and taught herself how to type at age 60. Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by her husband, Mark; daughter, Janea Sherman and husband Joel of Hooksett, NH; sisters-in-law, Karen Moser and Patsy Rogers; 2 grandchildren, Sophie and Sarah Sherman; and numerous extended family members. Services will be Thursday, May 4, 10:30am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
