Lana Allen, 71, of El Reno, passed away on October 26, 2017 in Oklahoma City. Lana was born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Omie and Anne Ward on September 21, 1946. She went to school in Pauls Valley, where she married and had three children. She worked as a receptionist and traffic director with Ben Buckland at KXXY in Oklahoma City. She married Dr. Johnny Mac Allen in 1990. She enjoyed her time working in the music library for Oral Roberts University where her husband was a professor. Lana was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Johnny; and her daughters, Kimberly Ann and Kari Jo. Lana is survived by her son, Kevin and wife Brandi; sister, Marion Ward; half-brother, John Ward; and 2 grandchildren.
