Kipp Griffin was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Marvin and Janet Griffin. In his early years, he worked as a creative cook, then as a Chef in Colorado and Utah where he loved to ski, mountain climb, hike and camp with his beloved dog, Houser. Kipp moved to Edmond, OK 8 years ago and worked as a painter, always seeking excellence, recently completing the historic Round Barn on Route 66. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Guy Griffin. Kipp is survived by his mother; brother, Devyn (Darcy); loving family members and friends. His adventurous spirit, humor and loving heart will be missed by all. A celebration of Kipps life will take place at NORTHchurch, 1601 W. Memorial Rd., OKC, on Tuesday, August 2, 10:30am.
