Kimberly Dawn Burke

Kimberly Dawn Burke, 53, passed away November 5, 2026, in Edmond, OK. She was born November 14, 1972, in Oklahoma City, OK to Walter and Karen (Acre) Burke. She graduated from Bethany High School in 1990.

Kim loved animals, people and dancing and never met a stranger. She was beloved by all her caretakers, doctors and staff at Bradford Village. Kim also loved a good party and was especially thrilled when they celebrated her with an early birthday party. She enjoyed participating in the Waterloo Road Baptist Church services held at Bradford Village, which brought her much joy.

Kim was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brother, Kevin Burke; uncle, Darrell Acre and wife Linda; aunt, Penny Acre; and cousins and friends to numerous to count.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Bradford Village for the love and care they gave Kim. Bradford Village was her home, and she loved the staff like family. Special thanks also go to Trinity Hospice for their excellent and compassionate care.
