Kenneth Wayne Price went home to be with the Lord on June 28, 2012. He was born November 13, 1929 in Waurika, Oklahoma to Ben and Ethel Price. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and a sister, and is survived by one sister, Alice Jo. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy and owned a successful oil business. He met the love of his life and married Kathy Stow 59 years ago. Through the years, he was blessed with three children: Tim Price and wife Teresa, Rick Price and wife Marie, and Tonya Magnus and husband Doyle; seven grandchildren, Candice Penn and husband Robert, Amber Doty, Heather Anderson and husband Matt, Dustin Price and wife Kristina, Makenzie Magnus, Malorie Magnus, and Jennifer Wyrick; and nine great-grandchildren with another on the way. He served as a deacon at his church home for 25 years, owned every single John Wayne movie, and loved his family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Council Road Baptist Church to be used for The Cube ministries, a community outreach facility. The viewing will be Sunday, July 1 from 1-6pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be held Monday, July 2 at 2:00 p.m at Council Road Baptist Church in Bethany.
