Kenneth Eugene Hayes was born May 3, 1934 in Atwood, OK, to Ed and Orell (Lively) Hayes. He married Georgia ("Georgie") Bryant on September 10, 1952 in Oklahoma City. Mr. Hayes served in the United States Army, stationed in Dachau, Germany. After returning to the States, the couple had two daughters, Rhonda and Kimberley. Mr. Hayes retired from Gulf Stream Aerospace after 34 years working as a precision inspector. He was a mechanic at heart and particularly enjoyed working on motorcycles, as well as riding them with Georgie, as well as going to garage sales with her. He was a beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Mr. Hayes passed away on February 28, 2023 in Oklahoma City. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Georgia, of the home; daughters Rhonda Walker (OKC) and Kimberley Gill (OKC); grandchildren Candance White, Kenneth Gardynecki, Joshua Gill, Jesse James and Johnny Walker, III; great-grandchildren Jace Gill, Toby White and Myka White. The family wishes to thank the Mercer-Adams staff for their support. A service will be held at Mercer-Adams Chapel on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery. .
