Kathryn Ann Jeffries went to her eternal resting place in heaven on October 28, 2025 at the age of 80. She was born on January 14, 1945 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kathryn, who often went by Kathy, worked as a data entry processor at Dolese. She remained in Oklahoma spending time with family and friends, watching football, and taking care of her dog, Rose.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, Vern and Ocie (Bell) Dunbar; beloved husband of 55 years, Richard Jeffries; brothers, Russell Dunbar, Charlie Dunbar, and Alfred Dunbar; and sister, Mary Lou (Dunbar) Minor.

She is survived by her sons, Bryan Jeffries and wife Merritt of Murfreesboro, TN and Scott Jeffries and wife Brandy of Moore, OK; and daughter, Melissa Jeffries of Oklahoma City, OK. Kathryn was also a loving Grandmother and Nana to her grandchildren, Bailey, Brayden, Alexandria (husband Jon, and baby Magnolia), Brinleigh, Trinity, and Aden. She was adored by many others, including her nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Kathy will be remembered for her strength, her generosity, and her fearless spirit. Her legacy lives on in every laugh, every shared story, and every mile of love she left behind.

Viewing at Mercer-Adams will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, beginning at 10:00am. A graveside service will follow at 2:00pm at Rose Hill Burial Park, 6001 NW Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK.
