After 102 years, Juretta Drake went to be with Jesus on March 17, 2025. She is survived by her son, Mike and daughter-in-law Debbie of San Antonio, Texas; three grandsons and their wives; 10 great-grandchildren; her brother, Bill Steere of Corpus Christi, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

In younger years, Juretta enjoyed church activities, crocheting and quilting. In her later years, bingo was her passion for fun. She also read the Bible all the way through each year until this year when her eyesight failed. She was loved by many and will be truly missed.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, March 22 in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
