June Ann Teters, 60, died September 22, 2013. She was born August 28, 1953 in Ada, OK to Clarence and Leona Whelchel. She worked as a Juvenile Justice Advocate and sat on the Governor's State Advisory Group for Youth as well as various boards and committees related to Juvenile Advocacy. Preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Donald Whelchel, she is survived by her husband, Michael Dean; daughter, Joyel O'Neal and husband Erik; son, Shane Teters; step-son, John Welch; brother, Gary Whelchel and wife Mary; nieces Maegan and Lindsay Whelchel; nephew, Josh Whelchel; and 4 grandchildren, Shaina Teters, Lilly June Haave, Sophie Teters and Andrew Haave.
