Julie Ann Franklin passed away June 27, 2014. Julie was born April 26, 1961 in Oklahoma City, OK to William Gene and Martha Bernice (Doengi) Franklin, the youngest of 5 children. Julie graduated from Putnam City West in 1979. She graduated from UCO with her Bachelors Degree and went on to attain her Nursing Degree from OSU-OKC. She was a nurse at Deaconess Hospital for fourteen years. She loved her cats and loved gardening. Julie was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Keith. She is survived by her brothers and their wives; Joe & Connie, Gerald &Teresa, Mike & Jeanie Franklin and sister-in-law, Pat Franklin and many nieces and nephews.
