Judith "Judy" Lee Higgins, 64, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 16, 2024. She was born March 18, 1959 in Oklahoma City, OK to Elmer and Margaret (Miller) Higgins. She enjoyed a career as a registered nurse, working in New Mexico as well as Oklahoma City. She loved being out in the sun and enjoyed working on her many arts and crafts projects. Judy will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
