Obituary

Juana Lou Tucker, 82, died January 2, 2014. She was born September 19, 1931 in Hobart, OK to Orval and Leta (McLaughlin) Tucker. She was the Supervisor of Logistics at Tinker Air Force Base. After retirement from Tinker, Juana became a very successful realtor and was a part of the Million-Dollar Producer Real Estate Co. For years she owned a video store at N.W. 122 & McArthur. Later was a Home Builder in the Summerfield and Quail Creek areas of Oklahoma City. Juana was a success in all of her business ventures and was a mentor to many. Her love of Oklahoma football was well known and she never hesitated to give her views of the team's performance. Although she never had children, she was involved with many children's lives and had a significant influence on their lives, careers and interests. In addition to her family, she had a wonderful church community and a host of loving friends. A member of First Baptist Church of Bethany, Juana loved her pets and loved to travel. Survivors include her best friend, Betty Cottrell; brother, Orville Harold Tucker and wife Virginia; nieces, Cynthia Tucker and husband Tarik Masri, Lisa Tucker Cross and husband David, and Kelly Smith; great nieces and nephew, Tucker Cross and wife Tran, Alexandra Masri, Kindell Smith and Catherine Masri. Services will be Tuesday, January 7, 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Resurrection Cemetery. Funeral Service Tuesday, January 7, 2014 10:00 AM Mercer-Adams Chapel 3925 N.
