Joyce Jeanette Henson, 81, of Bethany, died February 6, 2012. She was born January 6, 1931 in Lincoln, KS to Kenneth and Violet (Landry) Fournier. A member of St. Patricks Catholic Church, she also participated in the YMCA, TOPS, Womens Bowling Assoc., Boy & Girl Scouts of America and Singles Again. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 50 years, Elvin, and infant daughter, Terry. She is survived by her daughter, Kandy Ford and husband Gary; sons, Gary Henson and wife Sheila, Charles Henson and wife Marta, Danny Henson and wife Debbie; 6 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, 9am-9pm at Mercer-Adams. Funeral service will be held Thursday, February 9, 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel, Bethany. Graveside service will be Friday, 10:00am in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Houston, TX.
