Joy Taylor, 78, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away Friday, February 21, 2014 at her home. Joy was born on June 24, 1935 in Healdton, OK. A native of Oklahoma City, Joy was the daughter of the late Frank and Flossie Taylor. Joy has been a resident of Oklahoma City for 50 years and enjoyed a long career as a real estate representative for 7-11 Corporations for 28 years. She was also a member of Putnam City Baptist Church. Left behind to cherish her memory is her sister, Betty Cottrell, many nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends. Joy's great sense of humor and love for animals will be dearly missed by all who loved her. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel.
