Joseph Richard Riggall passed away peacefully in his bed on December 31, 2017 at the age of 61. He was born on June 5th, 1956 to Dr. James and Mona Riggall. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Cindy; his mother, Mona; his two sisters, Jamie Goodwin and Judy McKown; his four children, Kyle and wife Gabby, Stacy, Cole and wife Lindsey, and Madison; and his three grandchildren, Halo, Dean, and Ashton. Joe was forever grateful for the many friends and family that he was able to share his life with. The family will receive friends who wish to come on Friday, January 5th from 6-8 pm at Mercer-Adams Funeral Home in Bethany. His service will be held the following day, January 6th at 10:30am at OKC First Church of the Nazarene located in Oklahoma City.
