John Wesley Onley, 83, died December 1, 2016. He was born March 8, 1933 in Baltimore, MD to Joel and Helen (Frazier) Onley. A proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he worked erecting utility towers. He loved country music and was a skilled yodeler. He was preceded in death by his parents, and son, John Wesley "Fessy" Onley. Survivors include his wife, Betty; sons, Steve Onley and wife Lori, and David Onley; sister, Patsy Stevens; grandchildren, Misty Larkins and husband Josh, Tiffany Johnson and husband Duane, and Steven Onley; and great-grandchildren, Braden and Caleb Larkins, Taryn Johnson, Christopher Bourland, and Olivia Onley; and numerous nieces and nephews. No services planned at this time.
