John Thomas Gresham, 70, died September 9, 2014. He was born April 10, 1944 in Wichita, KS to John and Alvina (Rohwer) Gresham. A successful businessman, he founded J-Mar Carpets in 1986. Golf was his lifetime passion. He married Mary Jo Longacre and they enjoyed 52+ years together. John was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother. Survivors include his loving wife, Mary Jo; 2 daughters, Tammy Williams and husband Craig, Jackie Lanham and husband Brian; 4 grandchildren, Misty Terrill and husband Jerry, Christina Lanham, John Tyler Williams, Steven Lanham; 2 great-grandchildren, Avery and Caeden Terrill; 1 brother; and 1 sister. Viewing will be Friday, 8am-9pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Saturday, September 13, 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
