*Happy Fathers Day, Dad* Jody Leon "JL" Owens, 68, passed away May 29, 2020 after a tragic accident. Born March 3, 1952 in OKC and raised in OKC and Mustang. Had been battling skin and head and neck cancer for 7+ years. Enjoyed riding his motorcycle, working at his land and trips to Red River. He loved his family and working. Never complained; worked up to his very last day. Had a great passion for work and creating beauty. Created, owned and operated JL Owens Landscaping for 50+ years. Loved life, friends, and family. Married almost 46 years to Jamie; kids, Heather, Matt, Brandi (Ivan), Keith and Amber; along with grandkids, Bianca and Joaquin. Will forever love and miss our "superman." He was the best ever.
