Joan Totten, 64, died March 7, 2011 in Oklahoma City. She was born May 9, 1946 in Hastings, Michigan to Sjur and Margaret (Kristina) Moe. She married Albert Totten on Nov. 12, 1977 in Hastings, MI and was a loving companion for 33 years. She has been a resident of Oklahoma City since 1981. Her life verse was 2 Timothy 4:7, I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Jack, Joyce, Selma, Agnes, Eva, Neva, and Marion. Survivors include her husband, Albert; children, Marty Totten and wife Robin of Yukon, Elaine Heidebrecht and husband Jim of Bethany, Greg Totten and wife Judith of OKC, and Sam Totten and wife Holly of Baytown, TX; brother, John S. Moe and wife Shirley of Vicksburg, MI; sisters, Ruth Landon and husband Wayne of Freeport, MI, and Janice Conklin of Middleville, MI; and 6 grandchildren, Chris, Carson, April, Brendon, Devan, and Katrina. Visitation will be from noon-9pm, Thursday, with the family receiving friends from 6-9pm at Mercer-Adams. Funeral services will be Friday, March 11, 2:00pm at Bethany Bible Missionary Church with interment following in Spring Creek.
