Joan Marie Hill was born August 9, 1940 in Caddo, OK to Thelma (Major) George and passed away on January 5, 2024 in Yukon, OK.

Joan was valedictorian of her high school senior class. She worked as shipping/receiving supervisor at Western Electric/Lucent Technologies. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed taking them to movies. She loved dancing, especially the two-step, and also enjoyed feeding the ducks at Yukon Park.

Joan was preceded in death by her sons, Kenny Weaver and David Weaver. She is survived by her son, Chris Weaver and wife Cheryl; daughters, Amber Hill, and Vickie Chester and husband Steven; and grandchildren, Timothy Hinson, Joseph Hinson, Christopher Hinson, Summer Howard, Christifer Weaver, Hali Weaver, Chase Weaver, Eli Pipkin and Salina Hill.

Viewing will be 8am-8pm on Tuesday, January 9 at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service. Funeral services will be 11:00am, Wednesday, January 10 at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment to follow in Yukon Cemetery.
