Jimmy "Jim" L. Williams, 80, passed away August 27, 2024 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born March 30, 1944 in Lawton, OK to Earl and Mildred Williams. He was a proud veteran of the US Air Force.

Jim was the CEO and President of the OFMQ before his retirement. He enjoyed dancing, traveling, horses and cattle ranching.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nancy Thames; daughter, Tonya Lynn Williams; and stepson, Robert Anderson. He is survived by his wife, Midge Williams; sons, Brent Williams and Russell Williams; bonus children, Debi Phelps and husband Chriss, Michelle Thornton and Michael Guadagno; daughter-in-law, Debbye Anderson; sister, Karen Farrar; grandchildren, Chloe Williams, Dustin Dantzler, Tiffani Bradford, Terra French, Jacci Paglia, Peyton Anderson, Jordan Anderson and Bodye Anderson; and great-grandchildren, Tyesen McCathern, Heyden McCathern, Skyra Summers, Archer Willis and Vera French.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 10:00am, at Mercer-Adams Chapel. Interment in Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, Muskogee, OK will follow at 2:30pm.
