Jesse Ray Kennedy of OKC, OK went home to his Heavenly Father on June 18, 2016. He was born in Oklahoma City, OK to Christina Sparks and Steve Kennedy on January 25, 1990. Jesse graduated from PC North in 2008 and was attending Francis Tuttle for an IT Degree before his Cystic Fibrosis forced him to quit. Jesse was an extremely determined young man who had a drive to be the best at whatever he did and fought his disease as a true warrior. Jesse married the love of his life, Selia, in 2012 and their son, Hayden, was the joy of his life. In his youth and while he was still healthy he enjoyed skateboarding, gaming, and riding his motorcycle. A major highlight was a weekend with his Uncle Brad and Cousin Holden at Quakecon. Jesse was a very private person who didnt like others to see his struggles and chose to seclude himself from the world. Jesse is survived by his wife, Selia; son, Hayden; mother, Christina Sparks & husband Lonnie; father, Steve Kennedy; grandparents, Ron and Maxine Kennedy; brother, Justin Kennedy & wife Dominique; step sister, Sharalee Stephens & partner Rae Rome; step brothers, David Sparks & wife Suzanne, Jesse Sparks & wife Kristina, and Micah Sparks & wife Scarlett; 5 nieces & nephews, Charlie, Samuel, Corbin, Leona and Julian; cousins, Lindsay, Holden, Cheyenne, Jassee, Dane and numerous others. Jesse was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Kay Wellner. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. at Mercer-Adams Chapel in Bethany, Oklahoma.
