Jane Monzingo, 73, of Bethany, died Monday, December 21, 2009, at her home. She was born to William R. and Fern Alice Meyer Roth on August 16, 1936, in Vinton, Iowa. She graduated high school there. She worked as an executive secretary at Rockwell International, later Gulfstream Aerospace, retiring after 27 years. Two months later, she accepted a position as office manager at the Bethany Tribune and remained there for more than 16 years before retiring in 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Monzingo, and her grandson, Chad Robinson, both of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by her Tribune family and a host of dearly loved and loving friends. Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 2, at Covenant Community Church, 2250 N. Mustang Rd. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Janes name to the American Lung Association or the American Veterans Association.
