James Cecil Horn, 75, died October 8, 2011 in Oklahoma City. He was born October 20, 1935 in Marshall, AR, the son of Howell M. and Ora E. Cotton Horn. He retired from the U.S. Navy-BMC on July 1, 1972. He married Faye Henry in Ojai, CA on June 22, 1957. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a grandson, Christopher Sandmann. Survivors include his wife, Faye; three daughters, Deborah Sandmann, Sherry Steels, Holly Pippin and husband Mike; a grandson, James Sandmann and a granddaughter, Sabrina Pippin; two brothers, Howell Horn, Jr. and Ben Stilwell; five sisters, Bonnie Mitchell, Emma Jean Miller, Juanita Gutierrez, Trudy White and Shirley Gibson; a sister-in-law Bertie Miller and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 4:00pm, Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Mercer-Adams Chapel.
