Jackie W. Pruitt was born on August 6, 1927, to Samuel A. and Zelia L. Pruitt from Lone Wolf, Oklahoma. Jackie graduated from Lone Wolf High School where he played several sports. In Jackies senior year, his football team went to state and won the championship. Jackie joined the navy during the end of WWII at the age of 17 years old. His dad wouldnt sign his enlistment papers until he finished with harvest. Jackie returned home to Lone Wolf after serving his country and met the love of his life, Luella Stoup (Judy). Jackie and Judy got married March 1, 1950 and spent 68 years of marriage together. Jackie and Judy were blessed with four children, seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Jackie loved talking about old times, trips he took, friends and family. But mostly he loved talking about the love of his life and sweetheart, "Judy." Jackie passed away on March 8, 2018.
