Joyce Raelyn Grant - Mom, Meme, Friend and Companion was taken too soon on Friday, Feb. 26, 2016. Raelyn was born March 23, 1961 to Walter Hager and Reta Monk in Oklahoma City, OK and lived most of her life in central Oklahoma. Many fond memories and stories growing up in the Bethany/Warr Acres area were told over the years. As a loving and adoring Meme, she lived her life daily with her family at heart. Her love for renovating, scrapbooking and preserving family memories led her to be the proud owner of the Hager House Bed & Breakfast, providing scrapbooking retreat weekends. Raelyn was survived by her husband, Roger Grant; daughters, Michael Berryhill and husband Jamie, Destiny Knowles, Tiffany Grant-Evans and husband Brett, and Tara Grant; son, Taylor Grant; sister, Bobbie Jo Alvarez and husband Manny of Miami, FL; niece, Tami Molina and husband Jonathan, Miami, FL; adored grandchildren, Marina, Miles and Marlee Berryhill; great-granddaughter, Penelope Ava Rose Ellis; mother, Reta Monk; father, Walter Hager and wife Betty Dean; uncles, Robert Hager of MT, and Donald Hager; and a host of many other family members and loving friends.
