Irene A. Vojacek, 86, died October 16, 2011. She was born November 7, 1924 in Hudson, PA to Adam and Eva (Polifko) Sanders. She retired as a Supervisor for the Social Security Administration. She married Joseph Vojacek Nov. 14, 1944 and he died Sept. 17, 2000. Survivors include 2 daughters, Sandra Wells of OKC and Karen Duca of Suffolk, PA; 4 grandchildren, Jonathan Wells, Heather B. Wells, Heather Vojacek and Steven Pernell; and 2 great-grandchildren, Jackson Wells and Emma Irene Wells. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am, Thursday, Oct. 20 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 5024 N. Grove.
