Imogene Grigsby, Warr Acres, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 24, 2009 at age 66. She was born on Dec. 21, 1942, in Phoenix, Arizona to James Henry and Goldie Hickey. She loved her church and loved doing special things for people. She was a member of The Crown Center in OKC. Her first love was her Lord Jesus, and her second love was her family. She loved and prayed for her family daily. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Henry & Goldie Hickey; her husband Bobby Ray Grigsby and three children: Tammy Sue, Kenneth, and Timmy; also by two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by three sons and her three daughters, Bobby Jr. and wife Brenda of Warr Acres, Jerry and wife Tanya of Mustang, Donnie and wife Edde of Newcastle, Brenda Hayes and husband Earl, Terry Grigsby, and Jeni Grigsby Gods special Angel all of the home. She is also survived by ten grandchildren: Kimberly, Jeffrey, Jason, Carla, Tami, Tara, Taylor, Joshua, Hannah and Logan; three great grandchildren: Tanner, Kamden and Paytyn along with Landon due in two weeks. Two sisters, six brothers and dozens of nieces and nephews also survive her. A special thank you to Uncle Kenneth and Aunt Betty for always being there for us. Also a thank you to Odyssey Hospice for making Moms last week so comfortable. Graveside services will be held at Sunny Lane Cemetery on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009 at 11:00 am. Viewing will be from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Mon. Jan. 26 at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service 3925 N. Asbury, Bethany.
