Homer William Thomas, 81, was born in Hinton, OK. He went to be with Jesus, January 7, 2011. Homer has reunited with his loving wife of 53 years, Greta. Homer was a born again Christian, a loving husband, dedicated father and a giving friend. He will be remembered as a man who showed his love for God by his generosity to others. Homer worked in the fence industry for almost sixty years. He established and managed the Oklahoma City branch of Jamieson Fence Supply from July 1978 until his retirement in December 2008. Survivors include his daughters and their spouses, Cheryl and Frank Chenoweth, Colette and Vernon Prough; his son and spouse, Kendall and Kim Thomas; and 10 adoring grandchildren. Viewing will be Wednesday, 9am-9pm, with the family receiving visitors from 6-9pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Thursday, Jan. 13, 2:00pm at River of Life Church, 6901 NW 150th St., with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
