Herbert Kenneth Stewart, 74, died December 27, 2009 in Oklahoma City. He was born June 15, 1935 in Habersham County, Georgia to Virgil and Effie Mae (Wheeler) Stewart. He was the owner/operator of the Herbs Bait House. Herbert was preceded in death by his wife, Dexter Foster Stewart; brothers Doug, Leroy, Bobby, Billy and Johnny Stewart, and sister Louise Patterson. He is survived by his daughter Linda Graves, Naples, Florida; brothers Ray of Mt. Airy, Georgia, Jimmy of Demorest, Georgia, Herman of Atlanta, Georgia, and Buddy of Norman, Oklahoma; sisters Geneva Ivester of Mableton, Georgia, Sue Terry of Cornelia, Georgia, Winnie Tench of Clarkesville, Georgia; 2 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Viewing will be Sunday, noon-9pm, with the family receiving guests from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service. Graveside services will be Monday, January 4, 2:00pm at Bethany Cemetery, Bethany, OK.
