Helen Margaret (Mickey) Morley was born September 27, 1922 in Jenks, Oklahoma to Chester and Claribel McClure. She grew up in the small community of Red Fork, a suburb of Tulsa. She graduated from Daniel Webster High School in 1940.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Katherine; her brothers, Ted, Jim and Eddie Joe McClure. After attending Business School in Tulsa, she married Floyd Morley and had two children: Candace Keyser and Jim Morley.
Mickey worked for Sun Oil Company and was transferred to Oklahoma City with her children, where she continued to live until her death. Her career spanned more than 30 years.
Mickey came to know the Lord early in life and was a member of Putnam City United Methodist and Hope Church. She loved to travel and to be with her children and grandchildren.
Mickey is survived by her two children: Candy of the home, Jim and (Carol) Morley; grandchildren: Kyndal and (Chris) Kliewer, Candace and (Ken) Riley, Linda and (Kent) Quanstrom, Kristen Keyser, Ross and (Summer) Morley; and ten great-grandchildren, Joshua Riley, Kathryn Riley, Hunter Riley, Harrison Riley, Cole Kliewer, Chase Kliewer, Wyatt Quanstrom, Judd Quanstrom, Charlie Morley, and Mae Beverly Morley.
Viewing will be Thursday, 9am-9pm, with family present 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams Funeral Home, 3925 N. Asbury, Bethany, OK. Her funeral will be held at Hope Church, 3200 N. Meridian Ave. in OKC at 10:00 AM Friday, December 20th, 2019.
