Obituary

Heather was born September 7, 1987. She passed to her Heavenly home on November 15, 2012 where she was greeted by her NeNe, Judith Ann Milner and her father, Michael Robert Allbee, her grandparents and many beloved pets. She is survived by her grandfather, Jack Milner, Mother, Jenny Milner, sister, Bailee Milner, brother, Ashton Milner and his wife Whitney and her beloved niece and namesake, Miss Heather Elizabeth Milner, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends. Heather lived most of her life in Del City Oklahoma participating in many sports including softball, track and trampoline with the Townsend Twisters. She graduated from Putnam City North High School in May of 2006. While living with her Grandpa, she is credited with saving his life when he suffered a major heart attack. She was able to call 911 and let in the paramedics and firemen to save her beloved Grandpa despite her many disabilities. Heather was an active member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls and a delight to all who knew and loved her. Rainbow was one of the true joys of her life and she won many awards for her excellent ritual and leadership skills. Heather never met a stranger and she had a big hug and smile for everyone she met. She particularly enjoyed the Rainbow and DeMolay dances where she wasn't too shy to ask any boy to dance! Heather had a passion and love for animals, especially turtles, frogs and lizards. She was a big fan of Kermit the Frog and anything Disney. She had a special teddy bear that her Grandpa bought for her when she was born, his name is Mr. Teddy and she has slept with him all her life. Heather was forever a little girl, never really progressing past her early teen years in personality or development. She was a happy child and a happy adult. All who cared for her always spoke of how much they loved and cared for her and how sweet she was. A special thanks to her caregivers at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX where she was recently hospitalized. She was a joy in life and her absence leaves a large hole in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, a contribution to the IORG Rainbow Girls Scholarship Fund may be made in her name.
